We opened in 2010 with one guiding principle: provide the city of Dallas with a haven for cocktail enthusiasts seeking quality and conviction.

One of our goals has always been to challenge the stigma commonly associated with cocktails as being unapproachable and meant only for the sophisticated drinker. Although the team is constantly learning and growing as professionals, our primary goal is to share that knowledge with our customers in a disarming fashion.

Our focus has always been on using better quality ingredients to create better quality cocktails; success in that regard is self-evident in our longevity and reputation.

Reservation for parties of 1 to 48

Classes kick off with a champagne toast and then teach you how to make 2 of our cocktails.

You’ll learn techniques (e.g., shake, stir, etc.), how to make your own ingredients (e.g., infusions, syrups, etc.), and our approach to making delicious, well-balanced cocktails.

Everyone has their own cocktail station, so you’ll be making the cocktails live as your instructor shows you how.

Classes take ~75 minutes and cost $50 per guest.

Please arrive on time. We can only wait up to 15 minutes before starting the class.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for their class.

$50 Private Class Deposit

Our private cocktail classes are for groups of 10 or more and cost $50 per guest just like our public classes.

Cocktail classes kick off with a champagne toast and include 2 cocktails.

Along the way, we’ll teach you various techniques and our approach to building delicious, well-balanced cocktails.

Please arrive on time for your class. We can only wait up to 15 minutes before starting the course.

We laughed, we drank, and we made 2 natural cocktails from scratch (a vodka martini and a blue raspberry margarita). Oh, and I can’t forget the complimentary champagne we received (by the way, it was the best champagne I’ve had - sweet and crisp with and apple undertone).

The class was excellent, about 2hrs in total, we had the entire bar to ourselves. The instructors were great, funny and personable. The music was well curated and the bar itself was comfy and roomy.

The class was $50/person. I’d definitely do it all over again.
